The Youth Leadership Institute now recruiting youth leaders for Building Leaders in Innovative Giving (B.L.I.N.G) youth-led projects this Spring.
WHAT IS B.L.I.N.G.?
B.L.I.N.G. engages youth leaders 13-17 years-old to invest in other youth. Youth leaders are given grant$ to work on youth-led projects to become powerful advocates for San Francisco youth.
The B.L.I.N.G. grants will be awarded to groups of youth 13-17 years-old who:
- Have an idea for a project that creates change in your school or community in SF
- Want to make this project come to life between May and August
- Have a group of 3-6 youth between 13-17
- Have an adult ally and fiscal sponsor
- Need up to $5,000
The B.L.I.N.G application is due March 14, 2014 by 6pm. Applications can be submitted in-person to the following address:
