Program Description

Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice “CAMEO HOUSE” is a transitional housing program for homeless ex-offender women, who are on supervised probation in San Francisco, with children ages 0-6 years.

Our mission is to reduce crime by helping the ex-offender become responsible and productive citizens through education, prevention and intervention.The Cameo Transitional Housing Program allows its participants the opportunity to develop various personal and professional skills.

Wait Time for Service: 48 Hours
Admissions Process: Open Enrollment (noncompetitive
Enrollment Details: Referral from San Francisco Adult Probation/other agency. ( Client must be on supervised probation in San Francisco) Intake appointment is scheduled.
Enrollment Requirements: State Issued ID, Social Security Card, SF Adult Probation record, Homeless Prenatal records

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm

Weekly Time Commitment: 25 hours of productive activities weekly
Program Length: 24 Months
Basic Needs Support: Housing assistance
Wraparound Supports: On-site case management, On-site mentoring, On-site counseling or therapy
