Program Description

Careers in Horticulture interns are enrolled at Five Keys Charter School San Francisco and study with a teacher on site in a greenhouse. When class is done, they work a paid part-time job with the greenhouse company.

Wait Time for Service: Interns are interviewed on a rolling basis dependent on availability
Enrollment Details: Applicants fill out an application and questionnaire. Candidates interview with program staff and are selected based on interview. All students must be at least 18 years of age. All students must be enrolled in Five Keys Charter School. Students must be able to complete high school level work. Criminal History is acceptable except in cases of serious violence of sexual offense. All interns are required to be enrolled in Five Keys Charter School. They can register upon acceptance into the intern program. Careers in Horticulture Application.
