The Youth Employment programs at Communities in Harmony Advocating for Learning and Kids (CHALK) hire youth and young adults, with barriers to employment, given 100 hours of job and life skills training and provided with meaningful and transferable work experience. Participants also receive case management, academic support and court advocacy (if on probation). Program includes Youthline SF, a toll-free info and support line run by youth.
