This Way Ahead offers San Francisco high school and GED students’ ages 16-18 an opportunity to invest in their future and gain self-confidence through our 14-week job-readiness training program. During the training students receive $50 every two weeks and a free monthly Muni Pass. Once student have completed the training they are eligible to apply for exclusive paid internship in Gap and Old Navy stores. Student also become members of EHSS have access to our year round job bank and paid summer programs.
