Larkin Street Youth Services offers three HIV prevention and education activities to youth and young adults, aged 12-24 at drop-in, group home, emergency shelter and transitional housing sites across the agency.

Street Smart, a group education activity, encourages participants to share knowledge and build community. Participants who successfully complete the evidence-based intervention Street Smart receive a graduation ceremony, gift and certificate.

CLEAR, a one-on-one HIV prevention activity, helps participants develop better skills to protect themselves from HIV and STI’s.

For HIV-positive participants, the CRCS intervention offers an opportunity to address life issues in a one-0n-one setting with a trained counselor.
