Beacon Works and Youth Program Assistants provide job readiness, job placement and post-employment support. Outcomes for young people include:
1. To attain job readiness skills to prepare for successful employment 2. To access employment opportunities through job fairs and job placement through Caelie Ericksen-Stark 3. To receive post employment services that will help youth with job retention 4. To provide youth have the opportunity to assist and lead activities and classes for up to 10 hours per week at the following school based programs: Presidio After School Program, Roosevelt After School Program, and the Richmond District After School Collaborative (Elementary School)
