The San Francisco Young Adults Working (SFYAW) program is a work readiness training program for low-income, disadvantaged young adults ages 16-24. We support you to be ready for employment, develop a career path and becoming economically self-sufficient individual. The program is a comprehensive employment program and integrates case planning, individual counseling, job readiness training, job placement assistance, linking services and providing individual support services.
