Wait Time for Service: 1 -2 weeks
Admissions Process: Open Enrollment (noncompetitive
Enrollment Details: ou can either call, 415-431-8252 x1141 or walk into the office and ask for the ACCM program. If you call, a referral form will be filled out for you and then your referral will be given to the appropiate person for them to contact you to set up an appt. If you walk in and someone is available to meet with you in person, then you could discuss your referral in person or you could complete the referral form (See "Program Information" for link) and someone will contact you.
