The Wintertime and holidays bring opportunities for festive celebrations. For some people, the season can also bring mixed feelings. These feelings can be compounded by many different circumstances like unstable living situations, being a survivor of trauma, family conflicts, being newly in recovery from drugs or alcohol or grieving the loss of a loved one. Others are affected by the reduction in natural light and struggle with seasonal changes.
