The San Francisco Conservation Corps (SFCC) is currently accepting applications for those 18-26 years of age and in need of obtaining their high school diploma interested in joining job program as a Corpsmember.
Preferred Qualifications:
San Francisco resident, ages 18-26 and yet to earn a HS diploma
Interest in manual labor and working outdoors
Able to commit to 35 hours a week (paid and not paid)
Those with a diploma are eligible for “Specialty Training Programs”
Specialty Training Programs:
RAMP buildings trades job readiness program
Pre-Apprenticeship training program
Opportunities to earn certifications in CPR/First Aid, Traffic
Control, Solar Photovoltaic Installation, Confined Spaces,
HazWoper40, Energy Efficient, Weatherization, OSHA-10 and
Forklift Operations
SFCC Academy Program:
The Academy program allows the opportunity to earn your
diploma faster by ONLY attending education classes
Enrollment in the Academy requires a commitment of approximately 30 hours a week.
