Southern Exposure Youth Advisory BoardJoin Southern Exposure free after-school visual arts series of workshops for Bay Area youth takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4–6 PM, January 28 – May 8, 2014.

Southern Exposure’s Youth Advisory Board (YAB) students develop skills in a range of disciplines as they collaboratively create a community-based project over the course of 4 months. Projects range from experimental videos, comic zines, exhibitions and installations. You can see pictures from last semester’s final project, Social Explosion, on Facebook.

Southern Exposure YAB is now accepting applications from youth artists ages 12–21 for the spring session.
