Free non-credit classes in exercise and relaxation techniques, wellness exercises, and Tai Chi.
SF RECREATION CENTERS AND PARKS: - 19 recreation centers in SF
Free use of gyms, courts, weights, pools, exercise rooms, fitness machines, and fields. Low cost dance, exercise, yoga, sports, and other classes.

Tip 3: Violence in San Francisco is a serious issue affecting transitional aged youth and their communities. Types of Healthcare:

Health Coverage Programs: public & private health insurance programs

Physical Health: comprehensive care clinics, dental and vision, sexual and reproductive health, HIV testing (confidential and anonymous).

Behavioral Health: substance use/abuse and mental health services (including outpatient, residential, & peer-led groups).

Violence Response, Prevention and Intervention: services responding to community violence or resources for domestic violence victims and their families.
