This FREE program specifically targets young men of color ages 14-17 and seeks to develop a culturally diverse workforce of future leaders in the hospitality industry. Students learn how to hone their skills in the kitchen, work to earn their Serv-Safe Certificate and are placed in summer internships at hotels and restaurants.
